These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our independent retail website (the “Site”), including all services, features, merchandise, and shopping functions provided by GENGYUN LIMITED (“we”, “us”, or “our”). By accessing, browsing, registering, or placing an order on our Site, you (“you”, “user”, or “customer”) fully agree to accept and abide by these Terms and our separate Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you shall immediately stop using our Site and services.

1. Definitions & Interpretation

1.1 “Goods” means all apparel, clothing, accessories, and related products sold on our Site.

1.2 “Order” means any purchase request submitted by you through our Site.

1.3 “Consumer” means a natural person purchasing Goods for personal, non-commercial use, residing in the European Economic Area (EEA), United States, or other eligible regions.

1.4 “Business Day” means Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays in Hong Kong, the European Union and the United States.

1.5 These Terms shall be interpreted in accordance with international e-commerce practices and mandatory consumer protection laws of the EU and the United States.

2. Account Registration & User Obligations

2.1 You may browse the Site without registration; to complete purchases, you may need to create a user account or provide valid checkout information.

2.2 You agree to provide true, accurate, complete and up-to-date personal information (including name, shipping address, email, payment information) during checkout or registration.

2.3 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and all activities conducted under your account. You shall notify us immediately of any unauthorized account access or security breach via our official contact email.

2.4 You shall not use our Site for illegal, fraudulent, infringing, or commercial resale purposes. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access and refuse future service if you violate these Terms.

3. Product Information & Pricing

3.1 We strive to display accurate product descriptions, sizes, colors, materials, and images on the Site. All product displays are for reference only; minor color difference caused by different display devices shall not be deemed as product quality issues.

3.2 All prices displayed on the Site are final retail prices (excluding shipping fees, customs duties, taxes and other additional fees unless otherwise specified).

3.3 We reserve the right to adjust product prices, update product styles and inventory at any time without prior notice. Price adjustments will not affect confirmed and paid orders.

3.4 All Goods are in stock in our Hong Kong warehouse. We guarantee legitimate sourcing and qualified quality of all apparel products sold on the Site.

4. Order Confirmation & Payment Terms

4.1 After you submit and pay for an order, we will send an order confirmation email to your registered email address, including order number, product details, total amount, shipping information and estimated delivery time.

4.2 You agree to complete payment through the supported payment methods on the Site. All payments shall be settled in the currency specified at checkout. We reserve the right to cancel unconfirmed or unpaid orders after a reasonable period.

4.3 You are solely responsible for all local transaction fees, bank charges, currency conversion fees incurred during payment.

5. Shipping, Delivery & Customs

5.2 Estimated delivery time is for reference only, affected by international logistics, customs clearance, weather and other uncontrollable factors. We are not liable for delayed delivery caused by force majeure or third-party logistics reasons.

5.4 Once the goods are delivered to the logistics carrier and shipped out of Hong Kong warehouse, the risk of loss and damage of goods shall be transferred to you.

6.1 EU Consumer Right of Withdrawal: In compliance with the EU Consumer Rights Directive, European consumers have a 14-day cooling-off period from the date of receiving the goods to cancel the order and apply for a return without providing any reason.

6.3 Return Process: You shall submit a return application via our official email (fieetimeway@gmail.com) within the valid return period. We will reply and confirm the return instructions within 3 business days. Customers shall bear all return shipping fees and send the goods back to our designated Hong Kong return address.

6.5 Quality Guarantee: We provide a 2-year legal conformity guarantee for EU consumers in accordance with EU consumer laws. For defective or non-conforming products, we will provide free replacement, repair or full refund subject to valid proof.

7.1 All text, pictures, videos, logos, trademarks, design styles and content on the Site are the intellectual property of GENGYUN LIMITED. No individual or institution may copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, commercially use or plagiarize any content of the Site without our written authorization.
